prefer this game as you already read in many articles on dispositions and breathtaking privileges of Kho Kho that is extraordinary and formulate this game which purely focuses on fitness that is the base of all subsisting games.

As N.H.Sachini Madhushani Nawarathna is one of the players who took part in SAG Games in Nepal 2019-20 as a part of Srilankan Kho Kho Team.

Q1.What do you think that introduction of ultimate kho kho league will help kho kho player? 

Ans.Yes. Kho Kho in new avatar really a positive step by KKFI as it involves huge boost for advancement and direction to a Kho-Kho player and it surely benefits the player to acquire Kho-Kho as a career.

Q2.Recently KKFI has conducted international certificate course. How Countries Will benefits from it.

Ans. It surely progresses Kho-Kho. Because the rules of the kho kho are continuously updated so it is very important for every country to be up to date.

Q2.When you start kho kho?

Ans In 2016, I started Kho-Kho.

Q3.Why you choose Kho-Kho?

Ans. I have interest in kho kho game as it is based on true cognitive and body growth of a player and it's new to SriLanka and my coach asks to join and I started it.

Q4.What is your achievement at the International level?

Ans. *3rd Asian Kho-Kho Championship 2016

         *South Asian Games 2019

Q5.What is your performance at the National level?

Ans. National Kho-Kho championship in Srilanka  Runners up
 2017.

Q6 Define Kho-Kho in one word.

Ans Incomparable.

Q7 Are this game played in schools?

Ans Yes in some schools and its growing.

Q8 What is the scope of Kho-Kho in Srilanka?

Ans. Kho-Kho is not disseminated all over the country. But those who are in the national team try to dissipate by organizing several Kho-Kho tournaments. Tons of enthusiasm is seen among youth in the last 2-3 years as this game is prospering all over the world and due to lots of fitness benefits and overall personality development of this sport.

Q9 What is the practise routine of players at Srilanka?
Ans. As due to COVID-19 there are no practices on the ground but before COVID-19, Players practised on a regular basis in one session in the evening but during International camps, we practised in two sessions. In the morning, we usually do running practise with conditioning and in evening session we practise skills and play matches on alternative days.

Q10. What is the competition level of Kho-Kho in Srilanka?

Ans. Competition is stimulated in a few years in Srilanka due to enrolling of more players from the grassroots level and because of the reason Kho-Kho has improving day by day both national and at the International stage.
