There are so many android games available on the internet like Ludo, Carrom etc. but among them, one game "Players unknown battleground" popularly known as PUBG is the most popular game so far as it is online and multimode, it involves dense shooting with many features but it steadily and slowly becomes addictive to the younger generation; be it artists, players, internet users, college or school students, everyone has become a lover of this game. But, it has also become a matter of concern to all of you like someone in your family is somehow addicted to PubG. In the other way, there is a game called Kho-Kho of Indian origin to be played indoor as well as the outdoor  which is minimal infra game and Skills of it can be practised at home which is most similar to Yoga Asanas and give good health benefits to you.

What Is PubG

It is a single or multi-player game, which is based on battleground format. The game is played in a battleground where 100 players are dropped into an enclosed space where they must look out for weapons, medical supplies and other resources in an effort to be the last standing player standing and getting “Chicken dinner”. This is how the winning team is known as in this game “winner winner chicken dinner”.

The game has got a varied reaction by people all across the mobile world. Various cases of violent behaviour have been seen across the world after playing it. It also affects the mental behaviour, physical activity and activeness of a person.

In another manner the game(Kho-Kho) which is not so popular with hidden benefits as it is chosen in ancient time because of its interesting benefits.

What is Kho Kho

It is an amateur sport played by a team of 12 players (3 extras). The main purpose of a team is to score more points to win. Eight chasers sit in eight boxes in alternate direction and one chaser will start the turn, batch of three players of the opponent team will enter the field called the runner and as soon three get out next batch of three get an entry in the field this process will go on for next nine minutes in a similar manner, opponent team than a chase to score maximum points in order to win. There are two turns of nine minutes each. Team scoring maximum points is the winner.
You can practise its different skills at home and each skill is a pose and flexibility combination that provides longer benefits and overall development of mind and body.
