Explosiveness of Kho Kho


You can see the explosiveness of Kho-Kho through the matches of high pressure and rivalry. Kho-Kho is just not a game but faith, trust and love of a player who worked hard not just by Physical exertion but by putting whole mind and soul into it. You can see the total sacrifice of a player, by the way, he creates moves and performs an action which is the ultimate result of indefinite strength, concentration and fighting spirit of a player.

As it is a game of Real warriors and tough minds who put everything in the game what they learn and gained through practice experience and all.
What makes its a game of explosiveness are some of the pikes which when loaded in a player that creates an explosive atmosphere all around the ground.

There are some weapons of the player that silently boost the explosiveness in the game.

Dive

Throwing the body into the air due to the push of feet with sudden force. Chaser dives to catch the runner as it covers the distance of runner and make him out. Mostly two types of dives are used by chaser in the game.

1.Through sitting position from the box.

2. Dive while chasing the runner in the momentum of running.

Pole dive


Attacker stretches and throw its body on the post with firm support and intercepts the defender way. Its require immense speed and control of the body. It's one of the difficult and expert skills of the game.

Types

1. Stepping Based Pole Dive
a. One step: It's a single step pole by the chaser.
b. Two steps with hop(Proximal): Taking one step with a jump and second laying down on pole
c.Two steps (Distal): Take 2 steps with the move.

2. Running Pole Dive: It's effective when you see chaser runs in top speed and stretches across the post.

3.Fake & Pole Dive: Its a kind of dodge to the runner to trap and with a stretch shoot out.

Shoots

The shoot is just like firing a bullet and hitting the enemy .You can see this type of shooting different ways by a player when he runs so fast in a bending movement to increase the reach and catch the player. (Thirdshooter).

Tapping

It is a technique to reach to the defender( runner) by attacking his feet by chaser stretching of hands as when you run your feet from the back can be touched easily as compared to another body part.

Attacks

You can feel the various attacks by chasers as it involves pure strategy to trap the defender by imposing tricks and presence of mind.

Combination of skills with strategy can precisely make the audience to involve in watching this type of battlefield in the game of chase and run.
