Q1. As War is going on between Iran and Israel .It's a tense environment every where .How are you managing KhoKho this time?

Ans.We are saddened and worried about this situation and hope it ends soon, but the cities where Kho Kho is active are calm and training continues, and we will not weaken under any circumstances and will continue stronger.

Q2. How you started KhoKho?

Ans. I was introduced to Kho Kho by my fitness trainer, who is now the captain of the Iranian national team. I went to the training sessions and was attracted by the excitement of this discipline.

Q3.You won match of the match award in recent World cup .Can you explain the match name and your performance?

Ans.
Yes, I won the best player award for the Iran-India match.
I owe my performance to my two coaches, the Sharqi ladies and the support of my family. Without them, I wouldn't be where I am today.

Q4.KhoKho Before world cup and after worldcup?

Ans. I like khokho more after the World Cup because of our experience and our great progress.

Q5.As Iran has undergone war with Israel and still you was practicing KhoKho .What was in your mind and How you focus on your game ?

Ans. Since we weren't in the cities that were being hit by missiles and our morale wasn't that bad, we had hope in each other and knew that our Iran was stronger than us.

Q6 .KhoKho is game of speed playing with shorts help to speed up the game more than wearing pants.Any comments.

Ans. It depends on the type of clothing.
Since we train a lot in pants, we feel comfortable and I think that makes us less likely to get hurt and scraped.

Q7. KhoKho required daily practise if you are skipping KhoKho for a week ur performance,ur stamina gets down.

Ans. Because in addition to khokho exercises, I also do weight and aerobic exercises, my body's performance doesn't drop too much and I quickly return to my previous routine.

Ans. I hope that the efforts you are making for the Sunday khokho series will yield the best results for you and that others will welcome them🙏🏼. I wish the khokho community progress and success in every situation.
