Sunday Kho-Kho Series with Sajana KS Kho-Kho Player acted in Movie Kho-Kho

1st time  Sports movie based on Kho Kho is released recently.It is based on the life of an athlete and 
Rajisha Vijayan is in the teacher role
appointed as a physical Education Teacher in a rural area and a girl's school too. She notices some students playing Kho Kho there. After that, she studies deeply about that game and gave training for selected 15 girls as Rajisha Vijayan is an Indian actress and television presenter who appears in Malayalam and Tamil films.She made her acting debut in the 2016 film Anuraga Karikkin Vellam.She has hosted various television shows in Malayalam before entering into film industry.
Sajana KS Kho-Kho player from Palakkad, Kerala shares her view about Kho-Kho and her experience in World 1st Movie based on Kho-Kho directed by Rahul Riji Nair in which 15 players of Kho-Kho participated and most players are from Kerala. This movie gets excellent response worldwide and now it is available on Amazon Prime. Sajana KS was caught by our Columnist Shamily Sharma. Q1. What inspires you to start Kho-Kho?

Ans. My Father inspires me to play Kho-Kho as he is also a sportsman and he encourages me to play Kho-Kho to remain healthy and fit.

Q2. What is in your mind when you play Kho-Kho?

Ans. I am always cool.

Q3. What are your achievements?

Ans. * All India Inter-University 5 years

    1 Third
* Senior Nationals Bronze Medal
* Federation Cup Bronze Medal
* Three times schools National participation

Q4. How you motivated towards Kho-Kho?

Ans. 
                       Mr. Sekharan (Coach)
My coach Sekharan sir and My father is an Ex- Service man and Sportsman. He encourages and motivated me in the field of sports.

Q5.Who is your coach? How he trained you? 

Ans.
                 Dr. K. Kesava Das
Up to Degree level Mr. Sekharan Sir
Then in PG I trained under Dr. K. Kesava Das sir.

Q6. What is the daily practice routine of the Kerala girl's team?

Ans. Coaches will decide the workout plans. There are only 10 to 12 days of camp for Nationals and for Inter University championships there are almost 2 months of camp.

Q7. What type of diet usually you take?

Ans. Normal Diet.

Q8. Kerala girl team has shown a lot of improvement in Nationals. What's the reason behind it?

Ans. Practice, Dedication, Team coordination, and training of our coaches.

Q9. What is the scope of Kho-Kho in Kerala?

Ans. As compared to other games Kho Kho is not at all popular..... 24 players are appointed in the Kerala Government job for getting a silver medal in the Last National Games.

Q10. As you have given a role in movie Kho-Kho.What are your first reaction and your overall experience?

Ans. That was such a great experience for me. There are two steps of auditions. I don't ever think that being selected.

Q11. Brief me about the shooting of movie daily roles, timing, etc.

Ans. During the covid pandemic, the shoot will be held. There are a limited number of crew. We work together as a family. We want to reach the location at 6 am and prepare for the shots our director Rahul Riji Nair helped us very well.
and the artists Mamitha baiju, Rajisha Vijayan, Renjith Sekhar Nair. They also trained us to how to act and how to face a camera. They teach us shooting
and we teach them the game KHO-KHO. There is only 1 month of shoot.

Q12. Any Words for Voice of International Player?

Ans. Dream Big, work hard, Don't fed up. one day you can definitely win.
