KhoKho Game Rule

As you read in previous posts about Management Rules , Player Rules, Match Rules and Now in this post I will discuss GAME Rules as one of the most important parts of Kho-Kho is explained below  Play Field shall be marked as shown in the picture  The referee shall call both the captains for the spin of the coin (Toss). He shall stand at the centre of the Court facing the Scoring Table with both the captains on either side. He shall instruct one of them to call the choice of the side of the coin. He shall then spin the coin and announce the winner of the toss.  The winner of the toss shall raise his arm immediately and indicate by his index finger either to the Central Lane or to the Side-Line for opting Chasing or Defense respectively. No captain shall touch or pick up the coin. If any captain does so, Referee shall announce the captain of the other side as the winner of the spin of the coin. Tribute to Kho Kho Player Sayam Sharma

Tribute to Sayam Sharma National Kho-Kho Player of Jammu Kashmir , India. A young and probable National level Kho-Kho player of Jammu, Sayam Sharma died in a tragic road accident that took place at Domana on Jammu-Akhnoor road on 7 July 2019 last year. Travelling in a car along with a family of four, Sayam and his father lost their lives while two ladies (Sayam’s mother and elder sister), turned out to be fortunate and survived.  Sayam was motivated by her sister, Reshu Sharma, who has represented Jammu and Kashmir three times in the Senior Nationals.  He also won gold medal in Khelo India tournament in 2019. The news of the accident spread saddened the entire Kho-Kho community across the globe. Players across different age groups and those officials of the J&K Kho-Kho Association and the coaches expressed their grief.

KhoKho: The Real Time Management

Kho-Kho is a game that can understand Time management in an easy way. As of the outcome that Kho-Kho is a real-time game in which every nanosecond is important. You can see in a fighting  Kho-Kho match good defenders usually defends for 2-3 minutes. Kho-Kho is a game in which every second count and as of result it is really very fast and exhibits the value of time to a player. This thing makes the player put all thoughts, senses, body, mind into the game otherwise they can not perform. As a result, Kho-Kho builds a strong athletic body which is totally timed and every muscle of bodywork in a timeless manner.
