Kho-Kho:Game of best Teamwork

As you know that Kho-Kho is a team game it requires team efforts. Teamwork is the cooperative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most beneficial and fruitful way. This concept is seen within the greater framework of a team, which is a group of interdependent individuals who work together towards a common goal.

Though this may be obvious, teamwork is one of the basic skills sports can teach participants. Teamwork in Kho-Kho helps motivate players to do their part, assisting the team to reach their ultimate goal.

It goes without saying that playing team sports requires teamwork. Success on the Kho Kho ground involves co-operation, adaptability and alacrity to support your teammates. You have to be ready to switch between positions, find new ways to support your teammates in every act of the game.

You can see in Kho-Kho matches that every success by a player to score a point is clear teamwork. As Kho-Kho is a sort of game in which individuality of a player or selfish game by a player in a match is just like easing the path of opponents to victory.
You can judge during the matches of Kho-Kho that how collaboratively players are performing to score the points and shift the momentum of the game.
In a game of chase and run. Chaser and Runner have to perform in alternate basis turn by turn in innings.

Chaser:

Chaser has to attack the runners by capturing opponent players and move the scorecard.
To plan an attack and get triumphant. It is necessary for the chasers to work in coordination and know the strength and weakness of their team and work accordingly to reach a conclusion. In order to achieve collaborative performance each and, every player must practise together. The quality of this game is that there are assorted experts in a team and when they work together as a team results are in their favour.

Runner :

Runner also is known as a defender. The runner has to sustain it for a maximum time from chaser in order to change the tempo of the game in his favour.
You can see in a game of chase and run called Kho-Kho that runners entered in a set of 3. For attaining good results and defending well they need to work together and practise accordingly so that as you know that Kho-Kho is a fast game which is totally moment based that requires quick action.
Players mind and body are trained in a manner so that their decision in a game is so fast as every nanosecond is prized here. This type of hard training needs regularity and combination among players to practise their footwork and adjustments rapidly to stand tough against opponents and it exhibits the best teamwork in Kho-Kho.
