Arjuna Award in Kho-Kho

Started in 1961,Arjuna Awards are given by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India to recognize outstanding achievement in sports.The award carries a cash prize of ₹5,00,000, a bronze statue of Arjuna and a scroll.

               (Iranian Women KhoKho Coach Samira) The inaugural Kho Kho World Cup, held from January 13 to 19, 2025, at the Indira Gandhi Arena in New Delhi, India, was a resounding success.
