Kho-Kho Salute to Nation on 75th Independence Day .As Kho-Kho the game of Indian Origin and oldest game of world that started at the time of Mahabharta and still missing it's position to be the top game of world but due to effort of President KKFI Sh.Sudhanshu Mittal , IOA Secretary General Sh.Rajiv Mehta and KKFI Gen Sec Sh. M.S Tyagi ,Kho-Kho is getting it's position better day by day and we hope very soon Kho-Kho player and every person associated with it will be highly recognized by world due to its more popularity and fame.
Kho-Kho is a game which is played bare feet is really helpful for better immunization as it is proved in the research that most of the nations are creating mud based playground so that child will touch the ground with bare feet as it develops immunization to body and very helpful for development of strong immunity.

Q1. When you started Kho-Kho?

Ans. In 2007 When I was in 5th std.

Q2. What inspired you to start Kho-Kho?

Ans. Skills and Dive as Kho-Kho is so explosive and It requires 100% commitment. Implementing plans, coordination, and challenges. This inspires me to play Kho-Kho.

Q3. What is your favorite Skill and Why?

Ans. The defense as it is the real test of your endurance, fitness, and Challenge.

Q4.  Who is your Coach and How he trained you?

Ans. My coach's name is Shirin Godbole he trained me. He is so strict and highly experienced. He worked on each player according to the requirement of his ability and trained me to play well.

Q5. As a player what you suggest youngsters how to practice the skill of Kho-Kho so that they will master it.

Ans. I want to share that future of Kho-Kho is bright as Kho-Kho is gearing with the Ultimate Kho-Kho professional league and also Kho-Kho got its place in Asian Games.I suggest youngsters to practise on regular basis and work hard.

Q6. In the final matches of senior national what is the direction of your coach and how do you prepare for it?

Ans. Every player is scrutinized before the match and based on the combination it is adjusted in the match. Weakness and Strength of player are properly studied and accordingly planning is done.

Q7. You lost to Railways in the last Senior Nationals in Chattisgarh. What is the main reason for your defeat?

Ans. Because at that time our defense did not perform as per the plans and we lost the finals but in Jaipur, our plan worked and we won. According to my day and luck also play a part during high-pressure matches.

Q8. What are your achievements?

Ans. 1.Senior National Championships Gold Silver
2. International Test Matches Gold

Q9.What do you learn in the last and one of its kind National Coaching Camp? How you rate this Camp.

Ans. I will rate it with 5 stars as we learned a lot in this camp with the introduction of various machine-based works on improving fitness, strength, and analysis of muscle parts.

Q10. If in a certain tough match against the host team your team lost two of your runners and you have to play for the last 2 minutes to win. What is your strategy and how do you handle the pressure?
 
Ans. I will accept the challenge and try to play my part by overcoming the pressure and moving the game towards our side.

Q11. Any words for Voice of International Player?

Ans. I love to be part of Voice of International Player as it shows the real love for the game by giving chance to players, officials, etc. around the globe to express their ideas in front of the World through khokhopankaj.blogspot.com.Once again I am very thankful to Voice of the International Player Team.

            (Kho-Kho Icon Mr.Narendar Shah) The man who deserves Arjuna award for his meritious performance and dominance in the game of Kho-Kho.He is a man with strong faith and confidence in the game of Kho-Kho that never misses a player when a defender reaches pole.He is now 55 and still challenging player across world to get them out near pole and also give one minute as a defender against best team of world.He did 10000 Skipping on daily basis and never misses ground .Now he is doing 5000 skipping and fitness is his priority.
