Q1. What inspires you to start Kho-Kho?

Ans. I started Kho-Kho from Govindrav Highschool, Ichalkaranji When I was in 7 th Standard. On National Sports Day I played Kho-Kho first time and I don't know about Kho-Kho but I played very well and our team won the match. Players of my team raised me through their shoulders and this type of response creates a love for Kho-Kho. I started playing Kho-Kho regularly after school hours as every day my clothes were dirty. Once a day my uncle saw me in dirty clothes and they came to know that I like Kho-Kho. He took me to the Ichalkaranji's famous club, Jai Hind, where Mr.Amit Navale Sir helped me to join the club with some good players of Kho-Kho where I started Kho-Kho with confidence.

Q2. How Kho-Kho is compared with other games as it is the root game of India?

Ans. As one who plays Kho-Kho can play any type of game most easily because Kho-Kho involves strength, stamina, endurance, agility, etc.

Q3. What is your strength in Kho-Kho?

Ans.  1.Running
          2.Endurance
          3.Patience

Q4. What must be done by players to remain fit during Corona time?

Ans. During Corona time, First of all, we have to take care of our body by sitting at home and If we do not do any type of exercise it will make us fatty.
Do stretching, skipping, Yoga, etc. So that when you enter the ground after Corona It becomes easy for your body to adapt easily to the game.

Q6. What is your favorite skill?

Ans. Running is my favorite skill and I practised it a lot on regular basis and because of Jai Hind Club I learned a lot this helps me to master it.

Q7.What is your strategy during play against tough teams?

Ans. I play my normal game. Based on opponent players' gameplay I adjust myself accordingly.

Q8.What player has to do to become a good runner?

Ans. Practise is a must to become a  good  runner on regular basis.I worked on my footwork and work on puzzling the attackers move so that to remain in the game for long time.Checking, root, ring, and play for 5 minutes in a match practise.

Q9. How do you compare today's Kho-Kho game difference with 5-10 years ago Kho-Kho game?

Ans. Earlier Kho-Kho was full of skills and players can show their talent. This gives him immense pleasure and satisfaction but nowadays Kho-Kho is a speed game and lacks in skills.

Q10. Any words for Voice of International Player?

Ans. Excellent platform for Kho-Kho.Provides useful stories, experiences, knowledge. Keep this work going.

            (Kho-Kho Icon Mr.Narendar Shah) The man who deserves Arjuna award for his meritious performance and dominance in the game of Kho-Kho.He is a man with strong faith and confidence in the game of Kho-Kho that never misses a player when a defender reaches pole.He is now 55 and still challenging player across world to get them out near pole and also give one minute as a defender against best team of world.He did 10000 Skipping on daily basis and never misses ground .Now he is doing 5000 skipping and fitness is his priority.
