I started kho kho to keep myself physically active, flexibility, agility, strength, speed, and stamina. Kho-Kho started in 1998 in Nepal and reached at this level that this country is now hosting major tournaments.Players and Coaches of Nepal are so hardworking and dedicated that they bring Kho-Kho at this level.
